The subject BIBLIOGRAPHY is used to indicate that the work is a bibliography. It is then classified as a REFERENCE work.
It should NOT be used to indicate that the work contains a list of references to other materials. Such lists are very common; especially in books their presence may be assumed. If such a list is very extensive or relevant, its presence and contents may be indicated in the book description.
